SCF-500 Middle Speed Automatic Paper Plates Machine

SCF-500 Model middle speed automatic paper plate forming machine was developed and reserched in order to meet the market requirement.Its has integrated the pneumatic and the mechanic technologes,which makes its has the function of the faster working speed,higher safety performance ,safer operation and easier maintance than the conventional one SCF-500 paper plate machine.

Adopts high efficent pressure air cylinder , so the max pressure can reach to 15 Tons ,compared with the oil pressure one,its has the advantage of high speed, environment protection and humanish design standard,SCF-500 paper plate machine has two working station , each station install one set of the mould and each station has seperately PLC digital control

Its is widely applied to make paper plate in round(rectangle,square,circular, orerregular) shape.

Machine speed changes against the material(paper) thickenss and the plate size.
