What is a cardboard machine

A machine for making cardboard from paperboard, the structure of which is similar to a paper machine.

The thickness of the paperboard is due to the multi-layer combination, so the former of the board machine consists of the same type or different shapers and is equipped with a plurality of pre-presses and a plurality of main presses. Most of the thin cardboard is dried by multi-cylinder contact, and the thick cardboard is usually equipped with other drying devices. The calendered cardboard can be cut into flat sheets or re-rolled into rolls.
The board machine is classified according to the structure and type of the former and the dryer section. There are single long stencil machine, long stencil machine, long round mesh hybrid board machine and multi-round stencil machine, the latter is the most widely used.
